Can the US and Israel sustain a war of attrition with Iran?

Hey Watchmen, The Jerusalem Post is asking the right question, but they're asking it from the wrong side of the equation. Attrition isn't about who's braver — it's about who can still make the bombs when the shelves are bare. I've said it before and I'll say it again: America has been a warning country for twenty-five years. We haven't had to fight a real war of production in a generation, and Iran and her proxies have been stockpiling and building the whole time. Israel spent down her reserves fast in the last go-round, and folks, when the munitions run low, the bravado runs low right behind it. That knockout punch everybody wanted never landed, and Iran is still standing, still defiant, still willing — as I've taught — to "go the distance" in a way I'm not convinced Washington is. Scripture doesn't tell us America wins every fight it picks, my friends — it tells us the nations rage and plot in vain against the Almighty and His anointed (Psalm 2:1-2). Empires that lean on chariots and horses, on stockpiles and supply chains, forget that the battle belongs to Yahweh. Persia — modern-day Iran — has outlasted bigger powers than us before. Babylon fell, Persia rose, and every empire since has learned the same lesson: pride goes out ahead of the fall, but Elohim's purposes never run out of ammunition. A war of attrition tests more than munitions — it tests whose trust is in horses and chariots, and whose trust is in the name of the Lord our God (Psalm 20:7 — yes, I've used that one, but it bears repeating in a season like this). So watch the weapons depots, watch the alliances shift, and watch your own hearts stay anchored — not in who has more missiles, but in the One who numbers them all.
